Contrail Art offers original paintings and prints featuring aviation subjects and a collection of landscapes and seascapes chiefly inspired by the wonderful Cornish countryside in which I live, work and paint.  Working in watercolour, acrylic, pencil or pen my interests range from early biplanes to Concorde, with every era in between represented.  I hope you will find something you like as you explore the website. If you like my style but don’t see the subject you want, I would be delighted to discuss a commission on any subject created in any of the above media.

In 2023 as well as my normal market sales in Truro, I have exhibited at the Royal Cornwall Museum and had six paintings accepted for the ‘Aviation Paintings of the Year’ exhibition at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford. One of those sellected ‘Perranporth Rescue’ won the Rotary winged prize and the ‘Best Watercolour’ in Show.
